Route 109 east to 27 East (Sunrise Highway) to exit 41,

From NYC/Queens/Upstate NY:
- Grand Central east which turns into Northern State Parkway
to Meadow Brook Parkway South, to Ocean Parkway, continue
east on Ocean Parkway all the way to the end, which turns
into Captree State Park.
